I use quality sterling silver and silver plate, and 14, 18, 24k gold plate or fill. I use all raw, natural gemstones.  Much of the lower price accounts for the use of raw, natural stones and not solid metals.  Due to the variances and availability of stones, my jewelry is one of a kind. That depends on the items purchased. Most items are ready to ship and will be shipped within 3 days. I ship USPS. You can choose first class, priority or priority express. Of course, shipping time and cost depend on the method you choose and where you live.

Sterling Silver/Gold: Sterling will naturally tarnish over time and exposure to air.  The good news is, it is easy to polish with a simple polishing cloth. A little buffing once in a while will help keep it looking new. It works well with your gold jewelry too.  It is wise to store your jewelry in airtight plastic bags to keep the tarnish at bay.

Gemstones: Commercial jewelry cleaners can harm soft gems like pearls and turquoise. If you wouldn’t put it on your skin, you shouldn’t put it on your jewelry. Avoid chemicals like household cleaners and liquid jewelry cleaners. All you really need is a great polishing cloth.

Avoid letting pets & children play with your jewels or while you’re wearing them.  Please don’t wear them in the pool, bath, or hot tub, as the chemicals will oxidize your metals. Try not to sleep, garden or work out in them either as sweat will also bring tarnish.

Handmade jewelry is more delicate than mass factory-produced fashion jewelry. Take care when putting it on, taking it off, or pulling on the necklaces or bracelets. The hand wire-wrapped pieces can be especially delicate, but the visual effect is more than worth it.

Store your jewelry in a dry place. Moisture and air lead to tarnishing. The bathroom is not a great place to store your jewels. To slow down the natural tarnishing process, we suggest a small ziplock bag if you are going to give your jewels a break for more than a few days.
